Executive function coaching is a collaborative partnership between the coach and the student, focused on improving executive function skills whilst achieving personal goals. This relationship goes beyond simply directing the student or providing information like a tutor would.

Coaching sessions provide individuals with guidance, personalised support, and accountability, empowering them to navigate challenges and achieve their goals in academic, professional and daily life contexts.​

Who Benefits from Executive Function Coaching?​​

Everyone can benefit from improving their executive function skills however, it can be most beneficial for people who are:

How Long and Frequent Should Sessions Be?​​

​

Executive function coaching sessions are 50 minutes in length and are held weekly. For school students, sessions are held weekly throughout the school term with a break during the school holidays.
